Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required.
How do Platform Credits work?
Platform Credits are a unified usage budget that covers all AI and integration operations on your workspace — including AI-powered code generation, conversations, and third-party integration calls (HubSpot, Slack, GitHub, etc.). You can track your spending in real time from your workspace settings. Credits reset every billing cycle, and most users stay well within their limits.
What happens when I hit my limits?
We'll notify you at 75% and 90% of your Platform Credits so there are no surprises. You can upgrade anytime, and your data is never at risk. If you need more capacity, upgrade to a higher tier for a larger credit budget.
Can I add more seats to my plan?
Yes! Additional seats are $29/month on any paid plan. Your included seats depend on your tier: Solo (1), Startup (3), Growth (15), or Scale (50).
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Growth and Scale customers.
Is my data safe?
Security is foundational to Runwork. We use encryption at rest and in transit, run on Cloudflare's enterprise infrastructure, and are working towards SOC 2 Type II compliance.
