n8n Import lets you transform any n8n workflow into a complete Runwork application. Whether you're migrating from n8n, starting from a community template, or converting existing automations into user-facing tools, the import process takes minutes instead of hours.
Start by providing your workflow. You can paste an n8n marketplace URL (like https://n8n.io/workflows/1234), upload a workflow JSON file exported from n8n, or paste the JSON directly. Runwork fetches and analyzes the workflow structure, identifying all nodes, connections, triggers, and the integrations involved.
The intelligent adaptation is where Runwork shines. The AI checks your workspace's connected integrations and automatically maps template services to your actual tools. If the n8n template uses Mailchimp for email but your workspace has SendGrid connected, Runwork adapts the workflow to use SendGrid instead. If it needs clarification on equivalent services, it asks—through a natural conversation.
