I grew up in offices—literally since age 2. (Thanks Dad!) For 15 years, my teams came to me with requests that would improve their operational lives but wouldn't contribute to the core product or service of the business.
I hated giving engineering time for those requests. I always looked for self-service alternatives: try n8n workflows, try Bubble, try Windmill. Nothing worked for non-technical people. At my worst, I simply stalled revenue-disconnected requests at the expense of my team members' pain.
After co-founding and running MotaWord (a modern translation platform), managing 25,000+ translators, and operating teams across legal, healthcare, and finance—I knew the pain intimately.
Technology finally caught up. I can now enable all kinds of regular people to build at work. Operators can become builders—and THEY know best what they need.
This is the platform I've been waiting to build.
